At Rhonda Shear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
